S.A. ("petitioner") was arrested following her refusal to honor a subpoena requiring her to testify at a criminal proceeding against Atwell Beatty. Her refusal was based upon her understanding of the Victims Bill of Rights. The trial court ordered her to testify and she filed a petition for special action. We accepted jurisdiction and denied relief with this opinion to follow.
